The Set Up bill (Act 2; 2018)
This bill gives the Monarchy, the ability to pass any bill at any point without the consent of Parliment.
Title A: Definitions
(a) For the purposes of this Act,
(i) "King" shall signify the standing monarchy;
(ii) "Parliament" shall signify the elected legislative body ;
(iii) "Law" ,"Bill" and "Act" shall signify a legislative contract that all citizens must follow.
(b) Derivatives of the terms defined above shall have derived meanings.
(c) The final interpretation of the Act, adhering to the common and legal use of all terms and phrases used, and those defined above, falls to the presiding judge.
The bill allows the King to pass any law without explicit or implicit consent of parliament,The king shall be given full legislative power till the First of April Two thousand and Eighteen Common Era, After the aforementioned date the legislative powers deemed here will be null and void and any law already passed will be kept in legality till amended by parliament.
